Exodus Campus Agents are versatile student marketers who spark curiosity and drive meaningful conversations and action around Exodus--- the crypto-wallet for Gen Z, making it fun and easy to learn and use cryptocurrency. As an Exodus Campus Agent, you'll empower your peers with the tools and knowledge to embrace cryptocurrency, using Exodus as their preferred means of getting ahead. We're talking about a one-of-a-kind experience to bring this innovative technology to your campus. 
 
With your connections to the student community you'll be a key player in building a campus plan that is fit just for your school. We'll look to you to invite people into the crypto space, sharing your knowledge peer-to-peer while removing barriers to understanding. With the support of our team and your own entrepreneurial spirit, you'll be executing exciting brand experiences to embed crypto into the cultural fabric of your campus.

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE
  • Develop Key Relationships. Spread awareness and amplify message through one-to-one education and product hook-ups to influencers and community groups on your campus
  • Activation Execution. Create experiences ranging from turnkey, buzzworthy stunts to branded sponsored events to capture attention and gain consumer affinity
  • Social Broadcast. Create dynamic content and utilize your personal social accounts as a platform for crypto education and platform attraction to your audiences
  • Marketing Plan. Develop a tailored campus plan of connections, events and hacks to ensure a localized and effective approach for your market
  • Field Reporting. Complete regular recaps to highlight accomplishments and document key learnings from your work
  • Capture Field Insights. Collect data from your interactions regarding consumer perceptions that will be shared with Exodus leadership to inform future business decisions
  • Team Collaboration. Share ideas and support your fellow campus agents to bring best practices to our program and build collective wins
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 
  • Crypto Curiosity. You bring the interest in cryptocurrency and we'll give you the tools to be knowledgeable in this space
  • Marketing Interest. A passion for campaign marketing and grass-roots brand efforts  
  • Social Chameleon. Well-connected and relatability with your fellow students, to be personable and inclusive
  • Creative Problem Solver. Take initiative to create new opportunities and proactively bring fresh thinking
  • Entrepreneurism. Embody responsibility, reliability and trust to thrive in an autonomous work environment
  • Social Savvy. An eye for creating captivating social content and best practices to promote Exodus as the go-to crypto wallet for Gen Z
  • Collaborative Spirit. Inspired by working with like-minded individuals and collaborate well with teammates
  • Time Commitment. Able to commit 10 hours a week for the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters, with flexible scheduling to accommodate evening and weekend events 
  • Active Student. Full-time enrollment at one of the participating college campuses listed below
