JOIN OUR CURL COLLECTIVE

We're building a community of confident leaders who embrace their curls, express their authentic selves and have the entrepreneurial spirit and industry passion to launch a brand-new haircare line.

As a TWIST Brand Agent, you'll represent TWIST on campus and online. You'll act as a face of the brand and foster partnerships to help generate awareness of TWIST among the right communities. You'll spread the word through brand activations, sampling product and creating content to share your experiences with TWIST on social.

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE

Seed TWIST products to target consumers, effectively communicating the benefits and unique positioning of TWIST haircare products.
Facilitate engaging and interactive activations on campus and online, to spark interest in the brand.
Build relationships with key organizations, businesses and campus leaders to identify collaborations and develop the curly community on campus.
Create compelling social content which infuses TWIST into your daily student lifestyle.
Be the eyes and ears in the field by providing influential insights and identifying future opportunities for the brand.
Share your work and impact regularly, with feedback reports on results and event content.

Collaborate with peer brand agents, the TWIST team and Archrival leadership.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

A passion and knowledge about the beauty industry (ideally within haircare), including the latest trends and aspirational voices in this space.
Well-connected on campus and in your local community.
An eye for creating captivating social content and best practices to promote.
Self-described as bold, confident, and optimistic.
Take initiative to create new opportunities and proactively bring fresh thinking.
Enjoy getting to know others and connect authentically with a spectrum of people and experiences.
Embody responsibility, reliability and trust to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
Inspired by working with like-minded individuals and collaborate well with teammates.
Able to commit to 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate evening and weekend events.
